Our team is only a phone call away. Most phone calls are handled within 10 minutes others are supported by scheduling an appointment with and OBEDIA Team Specialist. Call for details.

On-Line - 5 points per incident

This service is for those who want to save a little money and don't require immediate assistance.

Create your case from your Control Panel. We'll respond to your question within 24 hours via your Message Center.

Remote Desktop Session - 1 point per minute

Let us demonstrate applications step by step directly via your web browser and we can access your computer to troubleshoot and guide you in real time.

Note: We cannot control your computer without your permission and a broadband connection is required.

On-Site - 1 point per minute

We can provide our services at your home, studio or business in any Southern California location.

Minimum: 1 hour charge. Then billed in 15 minute increments.

Travel charges of 50% of hourly rate apply to locations outside the Los Angeles Metro Area
