25+ Years in the Music Industry | 360+ Writing Credits | Millions of Streams | Tens of Thousands of Musicians Trained
For producers, artists & studio owners who are done spinning their wheels and ready to build something real.Â
KJ Sawka (Pendulum, Destroid, Artist and Mentor)
“Brian is a monster at creating and finishing songs. He has built a really good system to help you start and finish your songs. I highly recommend his system for any level of maker."
Does any of this sound familiar?
You're good at making music. Maybe really good.
But your hard drive is full of unfinished tracks. Your releases go mostly unnoticed. You have no idea how to market yourself without feeling like a sellout. You want more studio clients so you can help them reach their vision, but you can't find them.
And every time you try to turn your music into actual income, you hit a wall.
You've probably watched other artists — some less talented than you — build real careers while you're still trying to figure out the formula.
Here's the truth: it's not a talent problem. It's a systems problem.
I know, all the gurus you see out there say that. But I actually mean it. I mean it because I use these systems to live my life as an actual person working in the music industry as my "day job". I don't have another job. This IS my job.
Nobody taught you the business side. The workflow side. The "How do I actually turn this into a business", side.
This stuff is barely even taught in music schools, and a lot of people out there teaching it haven't actually run real businesses in this ultra-finicky, super-niche business. That's not your fault. But it is your problem to solve.
And that's exactly what the Efficient Producer Blueprint exists to fix.
This isn’t another course full of vague advice.
This is a hands-on, guided, business‑focused system built by someone with 25+ years in the music and Pro Audio industry who has mentored thousands of musicians and helped build real careers.
You’ll learn how to create consistently and how to turn that creativity into a real, functioning business.
Who am I?

My name is Brian. I'm a drummer and music producer, and I'm the co-owner of OBEDIA and PCAudioLabs. For over 26 years, we've been training musicians in music production techniques across every piece of software and hardware out there. I've personally trained thousands of musicians about how to make more music -- musicians just like you. I've provided technical support to artists like Brian Transeau (BT), Dweezil Zappa, Chris Cunningham, and more. I've been lucky enough to do things in my life that I never thought possible when I was starting out over 30 years ago.

You can find my music by clicking here. You can find success stories and more in the Testimonials section below.
"But why haven't I heard of you?"
Fair question. You may have heard of me, you may have heard music that I've produced or helped produce. But you haven't seen me on red carpets and in flashy music videos.
Why? Because I've been busy making music and running businesses in the audio industry, not fluffing myself up as some kind of influencer who doesn't know why you should sidechain compress your bass with your kick drum. I've been putting music into the world and making it my livelihood.
I've got over 360 song credits to my name. I've had music placed on Oxygen Network, MTV, NFL Network, and thousands of radio stations. I've managed bands and artists and helped them find their brand and voice.

I've known one thing my entire life; music is one of the most important and powerful art forms known to humankind, and the people who make it are providing a divine service by doing so -- and I love seeing artists reach the level that they can say that they do that for a job.
I've also seen artists with immense talent get lost in a cycle of lack of confidence, confusion, and depression about their work because they don't see any success from their work. They work at it for a long time, nothing happens, they get frustrated and they get day jobs. They hate their day jobs, but they need to make money to live, right?
But then that day job ends up taking over everything, and before they know it, 20 years had passed and their music never saw the light of day, all while they were still dreaming of turning their skills into a form of income.
I know all of this because it nearly happened to me. But, I always knew that I wanted to work in the music industry, on my own terms. So, that's what I did.
And that's what I want to help you do with The Efficient Producer Blueprint.Â

This Isn't Another Course You'll Buy (For Too Much) and Never Finish.
The Efficient Producer Blueprint is an 8-week hybrid coaching program — not a pile of videos, not a bloated curriculum of lame talking head videos and screenshares of outdated junk that doesn't help you, not vague advice from someone who's never actually done what they're teaching or is just looking to get you to pay them for their so-called skills.
This is hands-on, one-on-one, personalized guidance from someone with 25+ years of real industry experience — who has actually built a music career, trained thousands of musicians, and knows exactly where producers like you get stuck.

This Program Is For You If...
- You want to build a career with your music that isn't based on guesswork
- You release music but it's not getting traction
- You're overwhelmed every time you open your DAW
- You know you're talented but can't figure out why you're not getting anywhere
- You've bought courses before and got nothing out of them
- You're ready to actually do the work — you just need the right system and the right guide
This program is NOT for you if you're looking for a shortcut, a magic formula, or someone to do the work for you. This is for people who are serious about building something real.
What's It Worth To You To Finally Have a Clear Path Forward?
Most coaching programs at this level — with this much one-on-one access to a working industry professional — run $3,000 to $7,000.
I know because I once paid $4,970 for one of these courses.Â
I did this because I wanted to see what else was out there, and how these programs were being taught... was I crazy for deciding to build yet ANOTHER program for musicians?
Turns out I wasn't crazy. I won't name names, but this program was everything I didn't need; tons of pre-recorded webinars, document after document of useless "branding" advice (most of which insisted that I should use AI to write my coursework), outdated approaches to digital ads systems (especially Meta, a platform that I know VERY well), and most of all, the guy that talked me into the program never once did a one-on-one call with me or even thanked me for joining his program.Â
It was so bad that at the end of the program, even thought I'd done all the needless coursework (something to the tune of 50 modules), I asked for my money back.
I didn't get it back. What did I get? A cease-and-desist letter from their lawyer saying that I was "slandering" their program by publicly stating that I was unhappy with the program.
Yup, that's right. The program that I paid nearly $5,000 for sent me a letter from their lawyer when I said I was unhappy with "a program" -- not THEIR program, on the Internet. A letter that threatened to sue me into oblivion if I said anything disparaging about their program (keep in mind, I've never once mentioned who ran this program).
That told me that other students of this program had done the same -- finished it, found they were nonplussed about it, and said so on the Internet -- and been served cease-and-desist letters from lawyers.
I don't know about you, but, if a program that sells for $4970 has to send letters from lawyers to people who review their program, this means that there's a lot of unhappy customers out there, and they're trying to cover their butts by threatening those that state they were unhappy with their program.
This is NOT how you run a successful music business program.
What I got out of it was one valuable lesson: I learned exactly what NOT to do for my students.
- DON'T give them needless busy work.
- DON'T push them off onto someone else to act as their "mentor" when I was the one that onboarded them.
- DON'T refuse to build systems that are truly tailored to their skillset and business goals.
- DON'T charge nearly $5,000 for something that doesn't deliver stellar information and results.
- Most of all, DON'T try to sue my clients if they're unhappy with my services.
The Efficient Producer Blueprint is $497.Â
That's ten times less than the program I paid for, and most of the programs out there.
That's 8 weeks of group coaching, 8 one-on-one sessions, templates, community, chat support, and lifetime access to everything.
If you broke that down by the hour, you'd be getting my time at a fraction of my normal rate (which is $200/hour -- yup, I charge a lot for my time because I know that you have to charge what you are worth).
I priced it this way on purpose. I'm not here to get rich off musicians who are trying to build something. I'm here because this is what I do — I'm genuinely good at it, and I want to help others to do what they want to do with their lives.
You can also finance the program through PayPal Credit — roughly $83/month for 6 months, same as cash.
You're stuck in a loop, literally and figuratively.
If $497 isn't an investment that you're willing to make to help you reach your goals, I can understand that. Money is tight for everyone, everywhere, all the time.
And yes, you can go out and search on YouTube and Reddit and forums and Instagram and blah blah blah about how to do all of this. Here's what will happen:
- You'll get a LOT of information from armchair professionals that don't actually know what they're talking about
- You'll get a LOT of misinformation about what to do to start a business that's centered around your skills as a musician.
- You'll get bleary-eyed watching video after video on YouTube telling you "I cracked Spotify's algorithm!", or "I figured out the ONE way to make it as a musician in *whatever year it currently is*".
- You'll try all of this, you'll get frustrated, you'll waste time and money, and then you'll repeat the cycle.
Eventually after doing all of this, you might come across another program like mine, and you'll get on a sales call with someone because you don't know what the program costs, but all the promises it's making seem too good to not hear the guy out.
So then, you get on the call with the guy. He asks you a bunch of questions about what's been "not working" in your career, and he seems REALLY interested in hearing you out. He puts you at ease because hey, someone cares about what you're going through, right? That's all most of us want.
And then he hits you with the sales pitch:
"So my program fills up really fast, I only have a few slots open right now," (that's a lie, they always have slots open) he says.
"I'd love to get you into this program because we can get you to where you want to go. The program is only $4,970. If you sign up today, I'll knock off $200".
You'll blink at the cost, and he'll ask you what you think.
"Well, that's a lot of money, I don't have that right now," you'll say.
And he'll counter with, "Hey, I get it. But what about spreading it over credit cards? You could do that."
Or maybe you say that you have to talk to your significant other about it. Sensible thing to do when spending that much money, right?
"Oh, ok, are they there right now? Can they get on the video call right now? Let's talk to them RIGHT NOW," he'll say.
Notice a pattern happening, here?
It's called sales pressure, or closing the gap. It's a sales technique that's meant to get you to make a decision right there, right now, because that's the time that you are most primed to make a spur-of-the-moment decision, and you've already used up an hour of this guy's time, just like when you to buy a car and the guy drives around with you in car after car. They want you to feel bad because you've used up their time, and you should respond in kind by giving them lots of money.
Oh, and everything they're saying to you? It's all on a script. They have a document open next to their Zoom window that has a big heading on it:Â OBJECTION HANDLING SCRIPT
That script has all the ways that you could respond about why you're not buying right now, followed by a response they should give you in order to get you to double-confirm that you're in.
Double-confirm means, you admit that what you're doing isn't working, and that you're ready to make a change at any cost.
It also means that they nearly have you agreeing to finance their shoddy program out over three credit cards.
"Don't worry, man, spend the money. You'll make it back using our program," he'll say.
Also, he's working to sell you on this because he's doing what YOU want to be doing -- working for yourself. He's also going to remind you that he is a "Digital Nomad", and that he has a call coming up at the top of the hour so you REALLY should make a decision RIGHT NOW, because he can't guarantee your slot in the program if you don't do it right now.
"You said you're a person of your word, right? So, are you a person of your word, or not?"
This is the kind of nonsense he'll say to you.
You sign heavily, and say, "Alright, man, let's do it. You said $200 off and I could finance it out, right?"
And then his face lights up, because he hooked you.
Again -- how do I know this?
BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME.
And I will never, ever do that to anyone who chooses to work with me.
So, back to the original question:
What's it worth to you to have real guidance for your career in the music industry?
If your answer is that $497 is too much, that's fine, but do me a favor and click the button below to see what happens if you don't invest in yourself:
My Promise To You (And The Refund Policy)
If at any point during the 8 weeks you feel like you're not making progress toward your goals — tell me. That's it. Just tell me.
I'm not going to disappear on you. I'm not going to give you busy work and ignore your goals. I'll keep working with you for up to 4 additional weeks at no charge to get you where you need to be.
If I truly fail you — and I won't — You'll get a refund. I'm not here to keep your money if I haven't delivered. But, believe me; I will deliver.
But here's what I need from you: show up, do the work, and communicate with me. That's the deal.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Do I need to be an advanced producer or already have a career? No. Any skill level, any background, any DAW. You just need to be willing to do the work.
What DAWs do you support? All of them — Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Pro Tools, Studio One, Cubase, REAPER, and more.
What if I can't make it to my tutoring sessions? The most important part of this program is meeting weekly with me. That's where we get the real work done. All sessions are recorded, including your personal one-on-one sessions, using AI tools that break down the entire meeting into easily-actionable steps. If you can't show up for your meetings because of scheduling or other issues, let me know. We will work on a schedule that works for you.
Is this just a video course with a fancy sales page? No. This is a hybrid coaching program with real one-on-one access. There are no pre-recorded "watch this so you won't talk to me" videos. Everything is personalized to you. The only content that is pre-set is that which is consistent across different goal sets (such as digital ads), but even those will be tailored to your needs.
Can I finance the cost? Yes. PayPal Credit offers 6 months same-as-cash, which works out to about $83/month.
I have other questions, how can I talk to you? Totally get it. Shoot me an email by clicking here.
